PDC Spa & Pool World Return Policy

Due to the nature of the products sold, their size, weight, volume, shipping costs, charge back costs by creditors and manufactures policies our standard policy is that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

PDC Spa and Pool World does not accept returns.

The only exceptions being a defect in workmanship and / or manufacturing of which PDC and the manufacturer make that determination. It is at PDC and/or the manufacturers sole discretion on how defects are handled. 

We typically contact the manufacturer and we get back directly to you or the manufacturer will often contact the customer in an attempt to resolve damaged product issues. We choose our products and manufacture carefully to ensure high quality and service standards. 

There are absolutely no returns on custom orders!

Damaged in Shipment 

We highly recommend that you accept all deliveries. In the unlikely event that your product has damaged or missing parts, please contact customer service immediately at 610-377-5637.

All cancelled items are at the sole discretion of PDC Spa & Pool World.
